We want to make this as simple as possible and truly appreciate your help! As Laundry sleeping 30+ people takes a long time to finish.  Failure to complete list below results in security deposit withheld.

BEDDING & BATH TOWELS:
  • REMOVE Bed Linens from Beds used – PUT ALL IN bathroom tubs/showers
  • Do NOT Remove Mattress Protectant covers nor Pillow Protectant covers
POOL TOWELS  -  Collect all POOL Towels to Basement Laundry Room
INTERIOR CHECKLIST:
  1. START 2 WASH LOAD   ( 1 Main & 1 Basement W/D)
  2. START 1 DISHWASHER LOAD
  3. ALL DISHES RETURNED TO KITCHEN
  4. ALL TRASH PICKED UP (Cleaners will pull trash from bins)
  5. ALL BALLS IN BALL PIT
  6. TOYS RETURNED UNDER STAIRS
  7. ALL LIGHTS, FANS, TV’S OFF
  8. ALL WINDOWS CLOSED
  9. DOORS SHUT & LOCKED
EXTERIOR CHECKLIST:
  1. GARBAGE - ALL Garbage PUT in BAGS – Cleaners will Haul Trash to dumpsters. IF you have overfilled the 2 TRASH BINS in garage- Please take overfill bags to the dumpster located at entrance.
  2. FIRE PIT LID ON -
  3. BBQ TURNED OFF – Propane off. Please notify if you swapped new tank in garage J
  4. POOL COVER CLOSED - blue pump on top of cover.
  5. CHAIRS STACKED put under covered patio
