POOL RULES & TIPS
NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY- PRIVATE POOL
QUITE HOURS are 10pm-8am Complaints of noise violations will result in eviction of the home without warning and potentially without refund or refunded damage deposit.
- MAX DEPT 4’4” (40’ long x 12’ wide)
- KEEP CLOSED WHEN NOT IN USE for SAFETY & HEAT
- DO NOT CLOSE COVER WITH ANYONE IN THE POOL.
- ONLY ADULT 18 OR OLDER CAN OPEN THE POOL.
- KIDS CAN ONLY SWIM WITH ADULT SUPERVISION.
- SWIM DIAPERS REQUIRED FOR NON- POTTY TRAINED KIDS
- DO NOT STEP ON COVER OR COVER BOX (BY STAIRS)- WILL BREAK
- NO Jumping off narrow sides and there is not a Lifeguard on duty- this is a Private Pool.
- PLEASE RINSE OFF before entering. Sweat, lotions, can dirty up the hot tub quickly.
- We spray regularly for pests but just to be safe. Shake out items that have been left outside.
- Plastic or paper cups and plates outside only. Put all trash in garbage cans- wild animal around.

TO OPEN/CLOSE AUTOMATIC & LOCKING POOL COVER:

TO OPEN/CLOSE AUTOMATIC & LOCKING POOL COVER:
- 2” + WATER ON COVER? – DO NOT OPEN, Can Break COVER! Place Pool Pump (in patio box) on Cover to remove excess Water first.
- CLEAR EVERYTHING OFF OF COVER (Balls, pool pump, hose, etc.)
- OPEN COVER 3’ then STOP (Check that water is to the top ledge)
- PIN CODE BOX - ENTER CODE ________
- Hold down “OPEN” Button to OPEN Cover / Hold down CLOSE Button to CLOSE Cover
- NEVER OPERATE WITH ANYONE IN THE POOL!
- NEVER HANG ON ANY PART OF THE COVER or the PLASTIC DIVIDER WALL for SPA
SPA PLASTIC DIVIDER WALL & POOL WINDOW
- Divider Used to Heat up the Spa Section
- Never REMOVE, CLIMB or Push off of Divider or Pool Window
- SPA jets aren’t super powerful but can be adjusted with black round knob on edge at that end.
- Temperature adjustments are locked and can be adjust upon request for an Extra Charge. Text Owner
