The Primary Room has a bathroom comparable only to a penthouse with king size bed and upgraded bedding! Front bedroom with another king bed & personal desk. Then the 2 kids haven bunk rooms share a Jack & Jill bathroom. Kid room #1 = 2 Full size bunks (4beds/sleeps upto 8). Kid room #2 = 1 Full size bunk (2beds/sleeps upto 4). Easily sleeping 12+ in the 4 bedrooms. The exterior of the home is where this rental really stands out with its large heated pool with automatic safety cover, complete with a shallow end for small children, a regulation size pickleball court, fenced field for whatever activity you desire and a pool house to keep cool while still being involved with others outside. Still finding yourself bored at our mini sports complex? No problem, you're about 5 minutes away from golfing at Sand Hollow Resort, Sky Mountain, and Coral Canyon. Golf not your thing? Quail Creek Reservoir and Sand Hollow Reservoir are extremely close and allows boating, kayaking, grilling on the beach, etc. All around you are trails for off-roading and Sand Hollow even has sand dunes to drive around in. St. George, Zions National Park, and Tuacahn are all within 20-40 minutes. |
