- TRASH- if you have overfilled the trash bins in the garage please take down to dumpster at entrance.
- Please Remove Shoes once inside.
- PROVIDED: Dish/laundry/hand soap paper towels & septic safe toilet paper.

PACKING LIST IDEAS: Swim Diapers, Swim Goggles, firewood, coffee grounds & filters (have maker & some filters), shampoo & conditioner, baking sprays & oils, seasonings (have basic spice rack),zip locks.
>> NEIGHBORS BLUE SPORT COURT<< NO Playing on neighbors Blue Sport Court – a guest has broken their net & they have a ring camera on it. If you have a portable pickleball net bring it and play on our flat driveway ;)
ARCADE GAMES - Just turn ON and OFF when not in use
BALL PIT - NO Food, Drinks, Toys, Hats, Socks or phones in the Ball Pit. Please Clean up any balls that spill out.
BEDS - Master Suite #1 (behind fireplace) is a softer mattress. Master Suite #2 (by dining) is a firmer Mattress. Both have amazing views, just if there is a preference.

BBQ - 2 spare propane tanks are in the garage. make sure turned off and please let us know if you swap an empty tank.
FIRE PIT - REAL WOOD ONLY. Use the LID to but out Flame -DO NOT USE WATER & DO NOT MOVE. Cover when not in use.
GARBAGE - ALL Garbage PUT in BAGS – Cleaners will Haul Trash to dumpsters. IF you have overfilled the 2 TRASH BINS in garage- Please take overfill bags to the dumpster located at entrance.

Modem box is located in the back corner of the girls bunk bed. If there is a power outage you can reset the modem or contact the owner, Danielle 801.865.1383 and we can have the Internet company, DOT BAR 435.881.6047 service the property. There are Boosters (white boxes (in kitchen and basement suite) as well.

No Sitting on table. Please cover table at the end of the stay.
PROPANE: House runs off of our 1000 gallon tank which is underground back behind garage grass area. There is a meter box in the ground. Please do not open it, we have a internet link to check fill
SHUFFLEBOARD TABLE: Shipping Damaged the outer boarder pretty bad but does not affect the game itself.
TOYS: There might be small objects – be cautious with infants. Please clean up after.
TVS: Every TV is a Smart tv and all are connected to Internet. You can access any TV APP through your own personal account (Netflix, Hulu, DisneyPlus Etc). Troubleshoot- double check internet is connected. Please keep Remotes in rooms .
